What happens if I run out of ink during the month?
You may purchase additional Media Sciences supplies through
your authorized Media Sciences dealer.
Are there other supplies I
must use for the printer that aren’t included?
Additional consumables such as maintenance kits are the
responsibility of the customer and can be purchased through
your authorized Media Sciences dealer. Each unit will come
with factory installed starter consumables so that you are able
to print right out of the box.
Can I obtain more than one printer under the
program?
Yes, as long as you are credit approved.
What do they look for to approve my credit?
Credit guidelines vary slightly from industry to industry. In
general an established business (3 years or older) must be
able to show proof of credit history, i.e. Dun & Bradstreet
reporting. New businesses (under 3 years) are subject to
further evaluation, and may include personal credit reviews &
security deposits. If you are an independent agent or sole
proprietorship applying, you may be asked for proof of
business licensing and will be subject to personal credit
reviews. Only fully completed applications will be considered
and processed.
